Baa? Daa? waa? Huh? What are you on about? :?

KYB Strut Boot? : You don't need a specific brand name strut boot to go on a brand name strut/shock. ( unless it's a Bilstein wich have a different shaft setup ). You can get universal ones, just make sure you measure the shaft size and get one that fits snuggly over it. You can also get ones with intergrated bumpstops.
Retailers of these would be: STOCKS, Autolign, Shock Absorber Services, ADL etc.

As for 'KYB Strut and shock mount'? What do you mean by this? Bumpstop? Rubber spring mounts? Anti-cattler bands? :?

More info please. :D

Supercheap do KYB and I found them to be cheaper for KYB than other places down here.

When you are heading out of town (usually on the Friday before
a long weekend) and your Ferlhoff Links are abit worn (but you
hope they will do another couple of 1000 km) and then they start
to make that cattler sound

So, hey, head for the nearest SuperCheap and get yourself some
anti-cattler bands for a quick fix :)

Can save you a whole lot of grief, and not much money !!!

Ahhh yes... Upper Strut Mounts. Yeah, the bearings in these get flogged out after a while. Either get new ones or get the bearings replaced.

Anti-cattler bands..... oops! Typo!

Anti-Clatter bands: Rubber or plastic type bands that you wind around your progressive rate springs to stop them 'clattering'. Some vehicles can get a bad noise from bumps when the coils hit each other, we use to call this noise 'spring clatter' and there was couple of products out on the market that you could use to wind around the coils.

too easy. get the plain black PET stuff like the irrigation kits and cut it into 500mm lengths. put it in a bag with a sticker .looking good.
