carbs on a 4k

im looking at putting some sidedraft carbs on my 4k and was wondering if there were certain ones i nedd. im looking at some dellorto twin sidedrafts 40mm off an alfa so will they be right or will i need something else?

with the right manifold, chokes and jets they will be fine. why not just do a complete 3k-b head transplant still twin carb but not side draught but you do increase compression. and im sure it would work out way cheaper 2. my old sr coupe was 3kb bloody good engine revved out to 7k lol

is your 4k standard or has it been modified?
if its standard just go for the 3k-b twin carbs they're better than the standard 4k carby..
40mm dellortos are awesome but id only get them if your engine is worked & you have a bit of money to throw around as they are expensive to set up, you will need to get a k-series manifold (wich is about $400 brand new), linkage kit, trumpets & or air filters, + they will need to be re-jetted & tuned..

I was lucky enough to find a set that was already set up for a 4k
