4AGZE rotary solenoid

Postby Caveman » Tue Dec 27, 2005 2:01 pm

As per title. Whats it for? Its not on the wiring diagram so I ditched it, just going for the bare essentials. It has pinouts 9 - RSC and 10 - RSO on ae101 gze ecu. Is this required to run the car?

Thanks

Yes it is.

It is three wire,

has a power supply
and
RSO is Rotary solenoid Open
RSC is Rotary Solenoid Close.

The ecu earths them to eith open more or close more the air bypass amount.
