Going to depend on a fair few things including size of cooler, size and type of piping etc

expect to pay about $600 or so for a workshop to make it up for you. Price will of course depend on where you go and what the piping is made from / finished with etc.

intercoolers are cheap these days, you can pick up a generic brand cooler for around $250-300.
as for piping it depends on the car, the silicone reducers needed, and the materials its made from.

before getting a workshop to make it up for you, first find out what materials they will be using.

IMO
stainless, it heat soaks really fast, and takes a long time to cool back down, even after an hour of being parked up, it can still be very hot.

mild steel, is cheap, like stainless it holds heat for a long time. but needs to be coated inside and out to prevent rusting

Alloy, is light, doesnt rust, doesnt need painting, although it heats up fast, it cools just as quick, and needs very little external air flow to keep it cool

when i was looking at front mounting on my caldie, its a total custom job.
expect a lot of tricky bends and pathways, chopping your bumper, removing spotlights etc etc....
