Got a new turbo in the car, after the full rebuild, a T3T4 60 A/R 57 trim Garret turbo. But boost keeps cutting, and runs real sh.t.
Any ideas what it could be?

the waste gate needs to be bored out bigger if its internal setup. if your runig external then get it adjusted by a turbo specialist.
