Rear Coilover Clearance AE111

I'm looking at some coil over options for my Ae111 levin.

On one manufactures website (I cant find them now, wasnt a major brand) there was a warning about the rear seat belts.

With this particular brand you had to remove or move the rear belts.

THis is because the seatbelts sit directly above the struts and the adjustment knob of the coilover won't fit.

Has anyone else come across this problem?

I'm currently looking at some d2's, has anyone got these fitted in an Ae111? or had problems with tein, hks etc?

I'm not sure with the Levin, but my brother's AE110 sedan is of the same platform, although it's a four-door, but the rear seatbelts don't get in the way of the rear suspension top mounts.

my mate has trd adjustables in his ae111 and we didnt have any problems, its prob just the stud that sticks out to far and hits the seat belt all you do is get the angle grinder and and make it shorter as some suspension brands make them long just in case you want to do something else with it i suppose.

I got TEIN coil overs in my 111 & have no problem with seat belts. Mind you I have bothered trying to adjust the rear
