Sway bar Torque setting, AE86

I've just installed some new poly bushes in the upper sway bar. I have the bolt torque setting for the lower bush bolt, but not the upper bush. Does anyone know the correct setting here (my manual doesn't state it), as i would prefer to get it correct.
