temp sensor for ae92 gauge

can anyone tell me(preferably post a pic) of the temp sensor for the dash gauge in an ae92 (prefer with big port redtop) but is probably the same over the ae92 range

its simple
the only one with a single wire
normally has liek a spade type terminal on it
the rest are 2 wire and are for ecu cold start and aircon

thats what i thought, it goes through the roof after a few minutes of running.

Might be an air pocket or something causing it to do funny things

any tips on how to tell if the water pump is working properly?

it will be goign around and not lecking

you need to run the car with teh rad capp off and keep it topped up

air pocket would be the first thing to make sure you dont have
could also be worth trying a different sender, ive come accross a faulty one before.
as for testing pump, with it on, aside from looking in the radiator to see it flowing, you could disconnect the hose...but i'd only do it with the ignition off and cranking, and then you would not get a very good indication anyway.
