does the factory water temp gauge run a resistor between the temp sender and the gauge? if so what size?
My temp gauge shoots up to hot after about 1 min of running.
Unplugged the sender and gauge switched off, so correct wire used.
i tried grouding the sender more, but made no difference.
silvertop 20v in a92 fxgt.
