quad TB on bluetop

looking into gettin a manifold made up to put the quads off my blaktop on the bluetop.
ok so i lose Tvis :(
does anything need to be changed (everything is standard)
someone said something about a aftermarket ecu
im not doin it if i have to spend other money on it apart from the manifold
toyota supra 1996 2jzgte t64 turbonetics
Was 300hp on 10psi with stock twins, hopefully on similar boost be around 400hp
