light weight wheels

Postby barryogen » Thu Apr 20, 2006 2:52 pm

I've tried search here, and I've tried google, but nothing I can find gives me the details I need.

I'm trying to find out what a normal mag weighs, I understand that 12-19lb is considered light weight but what does a typical 18" wheel weigh?

mines 12.7lb according to the net, I take it that this is a good thing?

It's a little old. The source I stole it from has a new version which I haven't yet pillaged....

Wed's TC-005 SSF 16x8 6.3

The ones I was looking at are these ones I think...
ROH Adrenaline Cast 18x7 11.6kg

I'm not so keen to add ~6kg per wheel to my car.

My Wed's (15") are 3.5kg each. Quite a bit better than 17inch EVO R's which weigh a ton.
