ae85 struts + ae86 brakes = ?

Ive got some ae85 struts, what would be the best thing to do to if I were to upgrade the brakes?

1. will ae86 brakes bolt straight on?

2. will just bolting vented ae86 disks on upgrade the brakes?

3. would I also need to use ae86 calipers etc to notice a major different?

4. could I just use ae86 calipers on ae85 disks and the brakes be better?

ae86 brakes will bolt right on, but you need the caliper, the disc and the backing plate to make it work, sometimes easier just to find complete ae86 struts

2. No, caliper is different.
3&4 Don't think so and also if it using the std solid disk, there is no point to change the calipers

You basicly need the ae86 vented disks, calipers and possibly the back bracket? If case you didn't know, the TE71 and AE85 have the same front brakes. Never had issue with TE71 brake normaly. You only get no brakes after about 3 laps of grip racing at track. I was using Metal King pads.
