gt-t clutch urgent

hey i have a friend with a manual gt-t it has a good clutch fitted as there is no slip as hard as i can try to make it slip :-) ha ha but it grips way to early which make it very difficult to drive has any had this before and had any solutions ?????
when i think of something witty ill put it here

Try having a look in the manual to see how to adjust the play in the clutch to make it grab at a different point, it might need a bleed, thats easy.

Otherwise just learn to drive it how it is.

Mine is the same, grips real early but once you get used to it, its really good. Will help there clucth control skillz 8)

Mine's exactly the same after i replaced the clutch...
But i find it good after getting used to it....
1998 5spd Gt-T Caldina loving it...........
