hi are they shocks in side ae92 struts removeable?

front should be, dont think rear is?

Front ones usually are, back ones are in some cases.

ok how would i tell if the back ones are removeable or not?

If the rear ones are then the top of the housing will be in a hex shape so you can unscrew it, similar to the front ones.
It’s pretty unusual to find rear housings that you can open in an AE92 and most people end up welding a threaded collar on their rear shock housings if they want to fit new inserts.
