I have a AE82 FXGT bluetop 4age, old man overheated it for me and did the headgasket, head is badly warped, approx 9 thou of an inch, cams wont even turn over. Does anyone know if i can use Redtop big port head with my blue top intake manifold etc. ?
Any help would be great

thought red and blue port had different potrs on the intake side?... the rwd bluetop doesnt botl upto a red top with out an adaptor..

Blue Top Big Port
Red Top Big Port
Both have big intake ports and share the same manifold
Red Top Smallport
Has small Intake ports, and doesnt interchange with the big port manifold.
Exhaust ports are all the same.
