Dude, where does she get off giving you "a few hundred" to cover the damage??! Get rancid on her a** and get her to cough up for all the damage. She is totally at fault here and it shouldn't cost you a cent. No insurance from either of you is bad news but still! B-arch must be held accountable for her pathetic driving. You may have to take her to small claims court to recover the money, but will be cheaper for you in the long run. Lay the claim ASAP so you get it sorted soonish (find out from them what sort of time frame you are looking at). Buy a five hundy dollar car with wof and reg to use while its getting sorted. They way you have described the situation sounds like you are getting shafted.

Thanks bro will look into that in the mean time ive used the cash i got to fix the suspension and get a wheel alignment I'll try 2 get some cash outta her for the panel work peacefully first thing tomorrow morn......using my sisters ride for the mean time....cheers for all yall help though
