4agze questions

Hiyas,

Been a while since I posted here but I picked up a bargin AE92 4ageze tonight and just have some questions.

1) Where the hell is the S/C dip stick ive been looking all over.
2) What was the stock Wheel/tyre size on these?
3) Any problem areas I should check out apart from the usual oil/filter/plugs on a 4age?

Ive been searching for ages and cant seem to find any of that kind of info.

Sorry one other thing, when driving normally it has a slight drift to the left, but when accelerating it pulls to the right. Is this just a wheel alignment problem or something a bit more serious?

3) s/c belts and other belts, do you have a sunroof? watch for rust around it.



Slight drift left is normal and safe - as long as its only slight.
The pull to the right is likely to be torque steet but a wheel alignment is always a good idea - its cheap and can save $$ on tyres and fuel costs over time

Use Toyota genuine S/C oil. Its not that expensive, and they give you a great tool to syringe the oil into the unit.

Damn that S/C dip stick was hard to find even with those pics. Damn lucky I checked though, was a tiny drop left on the bottom of the dip stick, jammed in 50ml and took it upto 1/2.
