Head gasket...metal facing block or facing head?

Im about to put in the HG...but does the metal side go toward the block or the head?

in a 7afe BTW

it will only line up one way if you look closely.

Look at the hole to feed oil to the head for a clue.

If it's a 20V one they go metal side up.
