I is sdupid, how to remove rear wiper, ariel from a ST205?

I've taken the three mounting bolts from the wiper motor however I cant seem to remove the wiper arm. There isnt a circlip and no cover for a bolt. The wiper motor doesnt appear to pull down and the wiper won't come up... yes I know I'm not quick, but I've never had to play around with rear wipers.

The ariel has a single mounting nut on the motor however after removal it remains firmly stuck to the bodywork where its ejected from the body. Another of those things I've never done before.

And... does anyone know where to get gromets from to blank out the two holes?

With the aeriel, make sure it is down, then from the outside looking down on it you will see 4 slots (this is the top of a nut). Carefully use two flathead screwdrivers in two of the slots and turn it anticlockwise - after a few turns with the screwdrivers you'll be uble to unscrew the rest of the nut with your fingers. The whole assembly should now be free 8)

A few more turns and it was off. Thankyou.
