4agze air things

hi, can any1 tell me if i need the black (look like filters) on the end of the 2 sensers? both are in the pic

They are just that "filters".....

The two "sensors" are actually VSV's "Vacuum Switching Valve"

If you are going turbo you wont need the blue one and most likely you wont use the brown one aswell.

* The blue VSV is used for the supercharger bypass
* The brown VSV is used to increase the fuel pressure under hot cranking conditions to prevent vapour lock in the fuel rail.

ok thanks, i put my 4agze back in my levin 2day, n smashed the filters off lol. the cars running like shit, thought they might b relaed, but thats good 2 know i wont really affect anything, cheers
