New exhuast system AE111

Postby BZR4AGE » Thu Jan 25, 2007 6:06 pm

Hi there guys. I've finally saved enough to get exhuast done.

The car is AE111 BZR with Lots of work done to engine (check my profile)
I am deciding between 2.25 inch pipe or a 2.5 inch. What do you guys think will work best with my engine mods?

I am planning to remove the cat, mendrel bend to a flowmaster delta 40 series muffler (as a resonnator) then to a HKS N1 tip.

Anyone knows where is a good exhaust shop around auckland who will make custom mendrel bend exhausts for a good price????

Also, should I custom make some extractors too?? I know is difficult to get good ones for 20V, but anyone know anyone good in Auckland?

The guys who worked on my engine says I need something like 4-1 extractors as my engine set up is best for high end power. What do you guys think?

Thanks for the input

Cheers :P

dont touch extractors unless you find some with dyno proof, most of them will lose power over stock.

I think you will need another resignator aswell

you could ask what the shop can do about the 2-1 part of the exractors in the way of making it better flowing... but not changing the tuned length, pm'ed you more
