Blacktop 20 valve Performance branch/extractor options

Postby Hybridd » Fri Feb 09, 2007 5:42 pm

Hi Everyone

We are having a debate here in South Africa as to what are the best BLACKTOP 20 Valve Performance Branch/Extractor options are.We agree that the standard system [oem] is not the best.We have been looking at options like JASMA , HKS etc.

Anyone have any info on JASMA ?

Please can you assist to advise what you think is the best aftermarket option here ?

Thanks..

JASMA isnt a brand of exhaust IIRC...

It's just a certification of sorts, that says that the particular exhaust meets Japanese noise regulations etc.

OEM 4-2 section of blacktop manifold is not too bad. but you will get reasonable gains by redesigning 2-1 section through to cat converter flange. Stock one is rather crushed and restricted through there.

NILPSI on these forums has quite a nice set of extractors on his blacktop. might be worth flicking him a pm and questioning him
