help to diagnose my fault codes?

getting

21 - oxygen exhaust sensor and
33 - idle speed control valve?

got the car going, when you first place your foot onto the accelerator it stutters in between 1000-1500rpm then runs fairly alright, still not convinced though, everything seems to be hooked up fine, what would be triggering these codes?
