Non supercharged has the top inlet more to the centre.
Supercharged one has the top inlet on the drivers side.

Cores are the same by the look of it.

Agree. The Inlets are different, apart from that, not much else.

not sure if this is true...

smallport 4age has the inlet on the drivers side

I think its to do with the year of production, rather than sc/non sc

cores are the same

auto has a cooler through the bottom tank, not sure what for tho (maybe auto trans fluid)

My radiator had the top inlet on the drivers side and was a AE92 fx radiator.
All others ive seen had the inlet on the drivers side.
AE82 radiators had the inlet more to the centre.

in the ae92's 4agze and 4age have the radiator inlet on the drivers side. 4afc, 4afe, 6afc etc have the radiator inlet in the centre.

ae82's with 4age's also have the inlet in the centre.

They are all interchangable as long as you have the correct hoses.

As stated, I did a bit of a search for some pics and it looks like some NA ae92's came with the inlet on the drivers side. I can't see a pattern between models though.

ie
our '89 ee90 has a centre inlet and same core.
my 87 gtz has it on the drivers side
have seen a '89 ae92 NA with drivers side

Maybe Toyota just raided the parts bin?

slightly on topic:
so if i have an ae82 radiator with an inlet closer to the driver side and I wanted to change it to one with the inlet at the center, what hose do I need to get ? from toyota or supercheap etc?
