Running an 1800cc on 1600cc ecu and injectors...

Postby no_8wire » Sat Mar 24, 2007 10:22 am

Before I send my car away to have the link installed and tuned, I want to do a oil change and set the timing on the car...but to do this I need to have the car warmed up and running.

How much damage will it do to run my 7age on 4age electric and fueling? ( at idle speeds only)

?

i'd change the oil cold, and not risk it, it's not hard and wont take much time for the tuner to set the base timing.
