hello.
i sold my setup not too long ago actually, ran 20psi with 1 extra 750cc injector. i may know where a suitable 550 one is for you if he still has it.
it's really easy to tune, there are two manual adjustments on it. basically undo the four screws in the top cover, and you will see them, the one close to where the boost line goes in is the one that adjusts when the injector turns on. mine turned on at about 8-9psi somewhere from memory. and the otherone adjusts how much fuel out of the injector.
to wire it in there are like 5 or 6 wires i think. power and earth for the controller, earth with a resister inline for the injector, and need a constant 12v wire to the injector also. i advise getting something like a vr4 tacho interface so you can get a combined signal from both coil packs (so you can run the injector to as much as it can flow) instead of the I- on the diagnostics plug (tried that and injector only flowed abotu half as much, it also stole too much of a signal and made the rev counter go all funky). and then the wire left over goes to the output on the tacho interface.
runs off boost/vacuum signal from inlet manifold. i tapped it into my boost gauge line in the cabin (only if they same size, although link dont recommend it)
you will have to get an injector boss lathed up or somthing, then weld it to your intake pipe. i also beleive it can run a few injectors.
i managed to squeeze 5deg base timing into my motor, but i recommend you put it on the dyno before upping it to check for knocking, i suggest starting at 0deg initial. you could most likely run 0deg initial up to about 18psi, but YOU MUST CHECK THE AIR/FUEL RATIO while doing it.
umm thats all i can think of atm, as it's 10:30pm and i'm tired
hope that helps
