Workshop/Repair Manual

I have a 1992 NZ new Corolla 1300 cc 12 valve (2E) 4 door hatchback. I've been trying to source a workshop manual for it (e.g Haynes) but it appears they aren't available. Apparently the manuals for the Japanese assembled 3E 1500cc models are the next best thing? Is that correct, or can anyone shed any light on this for me?? Any help much appreciated!!
