Problem found. The thrust bearings crushed, not worth repairing it as it may cost more than $1000.00.

Possibile causes are either lack of oil pressure to fully lubricate the bearings or the seals inside the turbo would have worn out and got stucked in the turbo somewhere.Another would be,sludge build up in oil line that may have reduced the oil supply to the turbo.

Since the unit is total rubbish for me now,I will rip it open and have a look inside the turbo.

However I totally agree with Fivebob when he said:

"Or perhaps something to do with your oil leak that you posted in viewtopic.php?p=564823".

Even though that was fixed but the damage may have already been done to the bearings in terms of oil pressure. The leak must have reduced my oil pressure.A oil pressure gauge would have been handy which I didn't have.

Learnt it the hard way, more than $3000.00 for Turbo.Manifold and Exhaust upgrade.

Hmmm more boost now :P
