he meant reset them, which is when you get a company to heat them up and reset them at a different setting so to speak. The leaves are what determines the height, so you get them changed to lower your car, then just upgrade the rear shocks to suit. I've never had leaf springs but think thats how they work.
how much do you want to spend?
you want to:
get the rear leafs reset to be lower.
replace front and rear shocks with KYB or similar (may need shorter shocks, but any good suspension shop will sort you out)
get some cobra springs made up for the front.
put that all together and you'll be heading on the right track.
Springs will set you back ~$250 for the front pair, and resetting the leaves will be about $100.
New shocks will be something like $400. Bushes can be pricey unless you know some people.
