Which pistons and rods to use for 3sgte

My engine builders (hi tek motorsport)have given me two options for both

Wisco Pistons
Ross pistons


Eagle Rods
PAR Rods

has anyone had any exp with these or have any suggestions?

Save money and have the stock rods shot peened and re use them with ARP bolts. Unless you want less rotating mass they have been proven good enough for 750+rwhp with nitrous.

and get them balanced
