blue top cams in 4agze

as title says. i have hurd this is a good thing to do to get a little more air in the engine. i have searched but couldnt find anwthing maby im abit retarded.

should be stuff under search, has been covered many times before.
Could argue you will notice or not, but bt cams have some more lift/duration, but remember you need to re-shim correctly otherwise no point bothering.
