Yeah but they way I read it,

when you crush bend a pipe, it flattens off the pipe a bit,

so with your 100mm pipe you may end up with a measurement of 93mm from top to bottom, but will spread to 105mm side to side,

so 105mm x 0.9 is 94.5mm so even though it is 93mm it is still out.

just get a kit bent up by someone who knows what they are doing, a 6-point kit in steel starts at about $400, less if you only get the bends done.
i have seen many bends done by very experienced guys still exceed the limit on oval-ness.
it will save you money if you waste tube on bad bends.
I've been a bad bad boy. I should read the rules and behave before I get spanked by an admin

They are plated and end on the backseat facing side of the strut tower.

the guy who is going todo them owns his own fabrication shop in town and has built many roll cages... and its going to cost me $88 for 5.5mtr length's of roll cage tube 38.1x2.5 i will need 3 lengths, and the guy will do all my bends for $60, so all together not including time this is cheap also will be picking up my plate tomorrow. just sucks cause i start work again tomorrow!!! :(

are you using Roll Cage tubing or Chrome Molly? If you're using rollcage tubing from steel and tube you are getting tugged on the price. Mine cost me $67 per length
