what is the differences.

i heard that VVTL-i is better then VVT-i ?

VVTL-i is varible valve timing and lift - intelligent
VVT-i is varible valve timing - intelligent

intelligent = infinitly varible, as opposed to say VVT in the 20v 4age which is just two position.
