GTT Shocks

During my drive down to Rotorvegas i think i've isolated what the knocking is. Going through standing water on smooth tarmac i get a quite a bit of knocking from the left front which sounds like a worn shock, although i could be wrong...

Anyway lets assume for the moment it is a worn shock and need to replace it. Obviously going to have to do both fronts but should i just get all 4 done with the same? Also noticed someone mentioned TRD shocks i assume they will go on the dina as well? Now i'm farely n00bish when it comes to getting stuff done like this so i'm after any advise on some half decent shocks (Car is already lowered - dunno what springs and running on 17s if that makes any diff). I'm a street driver so don't need anything for more than the odd stab of the loud pedal off the lights and quick cornering.

Also where's the best place to go i work in the CBD and live in the Takas area so around those places would be best. Also what sort of $$ for the shocks and how long does it take to change them?
