Bluetooth car kit installation

Postby HZRDIZ » Tue Oct 23, 2007 12:12 pm

Ok so i have a Sony Ericsson bluetooth car kit sitting in my bedroom at home and thought i might have a go at installing it myself...

Is it pretty simple and straight forward or is it quite a big, complex ordeal?? TBH i havent really opened the box to have a look but any one have any experiance or tips at installing them???

Thanks

CMR

If you have a reasonable understanding of electronics it's pretty basic.

Also depends on how complicated you want to make the install, if you want it completely standalone or tied into the stereo system etc....

Yeah i do have a basic understandin of electronics - i can install car stereos no problem etc etc...

I believe this one has to be intergrated with the car stereo system ie: stsero switches into stand by when a call comes through and car speakers are used...
