Ohhhhhhk, this isn't a cresh people.
I rang Pacific Toyota today and they said to do the following procedures,
Start and run the vehicle for about 15min to get the oil heated up so that the best possible reading could be made.
Check the oil level while the vehicle is running and see where it come between the hi and low levels, the optimal level would be half way between the two....
He also added as a side note that oil above the hi was a no good....was some Indian man i was talking to.
