MR2 Turbo, Waterpump location in relation to AC Pump

Postby touge rolla » Wed Nov 14, 2007 5:03 pm

I have just removed all the aircon from my SW20 MR2 (didn't work anyway and I was going to pay someone to fix it and make my car slower) all that remains is the pump. Now the pump shares the same belt as what appears to be a tensioner. However I as there is no visible water-pump drive pulley I thought perhaps this was in some way connected???
Hard to get a good look without taking intercooler piping out and I figured I'd get an answer faster this way than by looking for myself :)
Thanks
