Postby lucasthefallen » Tue Nov 27, 2007 8:25 pm

ok is in an 1991 ae92 fxgt smallport blah blah. i want to remove the a/c pump purely because its packing up and i dont want it to seize and break the belt. now, question how do i go about this and what parts do i need???? ( for those who dont know its running off the same belt as the waterpump )

I had an fx with ps and no a/c. It had a bracket with an idler wheel on it instead.

this has been covered, few time now, please search

running off the same belt as the waterpump, u sure?
normal it runs a/c p/s off crank, have seen weird thing tho

ur got to find ae82 p/s pump or slot ur 1 as ae82 do, run idler pulley like my car does standard nz new gti with no a/c, and some1 just unbolt p/s pump pull the belt on but couldn't tension if if it got loose.
