There is a black top for sale on trademe close to me...at has a comp test of 150 125 140 125
the guy said when it left japan it had a tapping noise coming from under the rocker cover???
How much do you think this is worth??and would it be worth my while to buy??is engine ok....comp test seems bad!!

Have a ae85 i was wanting to drop it in if the engine was ok or a easy fix.

i think the generl rule of thumb is +- 5% on compression tests so id say its a no go un less you can get it for like $100. [/list]

would need rebuild, if your lucky its something you can reseat/fit with out to much cost
