If your catch can has 1 port, it is meant to be run as a sealed can, so 1 port in an intlet, adn the other an outlet. You would connect the hose coming from PCV valve to the can, and then another hose from can to intake manifold. This means your PCV is still working to actively suck blowby from the head when intake manifold sees vacuume.
If on the other hand you no longer want to use the PCV system, then run a hose from there into the catch can. Block the hole in the intake manifold that it used to run to. Run another hose from your other rocker cover breather into the other port on the catch can. Then get a hose tail fitting with a nut to secure it in place, and drill a hole in the top of the can. Attach the hose tail fitting and screw it in place (assuming you can take the top off the can. If you cant, you will need to cut a thread into the top of the can and hope there is enough meat there to hold it securelt). Then mount breather filter on this hose tail. I suggest you use the largest bore fitting you can find - at least 12mm ID if not more.
