leaking from the metal pipe/waterpump housing connection now :? rubber seal on it not doing its job.

car won today, resume on Monday.

yeah you need to replace the gasket or oring there when you do the pump.... yet another reason to go genuine, they have all the gaskets with them!

I had a $50 GMB jobbie from Supercheap, came with all gaskets etc.
Daily driver: Toyota RunX/Toyota Caldina
Ex: 2x AE101, 5x KP60, KP61, EP71, 3x KE70, KE72, AE70, AE82, 2x TE71, AE90, AE92, ST170, plus 11 Hondas, 12 Nissans, 6 Fords, 4 Mazdas, 3 Mitsis, an Isuzu and a Lada!

mine only came with one gasket which is the one for the waterpump/housing face. No o-ring

yes you can buy the o'ring

quite a lot of the aftermarket ones either dont have any, or miss out some of the springs/gaskets.
