Measure a hose on your car that you want to use.
And as for the filter, it says Toyota on the 19x1.5 one on the page. If in doubt just ring Repco as the thread sizes, pitch, physical sizes and seal sizes are all in the Ryco book for every filter they stock.

all A, S and E series toyota engines have a 3/4x16unf thread for the oil filter.
also T, K, Y, and most L.
so for the oil adapter plate you need a 3/4x16UNF thread which they dont appear to list there.
