Smaller Pulley on supercharger iirc. Someone should be able to elaborate more.

Bigger crank pulley, that way you could still have the clutch assembly on the supercharger itself.

Or, a custom smaller supercharger pulley, which would mean it'd be on constantly.

Either will do it. Or both will make even more boost 8)

you don't want to spin the SC14 more than 10000RPM though... thats about their limit before they blow them selves apart.

Oh, that and about 14lb(1bar)... any more than that they just make too much heat.

I'd be more inclined to say pull the SC off it and turbo it, it'll cost more, but it'll go faster, and with a suitably sized turbo you wouldn't notice too much change in drivability.

It's the teflon coating on the lobes the goes on them when they are spun too fast. You would definitely be looking to upgrade your intercooling if you want to pump out more boost. I'd say even upgrading the intercooler with stock boost could even give you a nice gain as well.

not to worried about crazy power as ive already done that to a 1g, i like the responce the supercharger gives, but afew more psi would be sweet!

Anyone know whats involved in getting a smaller pully on it? size diff etc? supercharger clutch has been disabled anyhow

I've heard of people adapting pulleys from alternators to suit the S/C.
A while back there was a guy from OZ that makes smaller pulley's for the SC12 ans SC14. Can't recall the website he had setup though.

I've read the same, the ones I read about being used were camry ones... essentially the guy went to a place like pick a part with measurements of what he had and grabbed a suitable one.
