steering leak on a bzr

I have been pulled up a few times for a leaking powering steering in a bzr by VTNZ (and had it repaired). It has failed a WOF again.
So was wondering if this is a common thing and rather than try to fix it again that i would replace it.
I think its the rack that's leaking. Which models will fix, its a 1998 AE111 BZR Levin (which has superstrut).
