mk4 supra auto into jzs147 aristo

hey guys, not sure if many of you would know the answer to this, but here goes. i have a jza80 auto from behind a 2jzgte. apparently they have an extra clutch in them to help them take an extra hammering over the stock aristo one. the aristo also has a 2jzgte in it. what i'm wondering is, will the aristo auto ecu control the supra auto fine, or are the differences between the boxes enough that it won't work?
