AHA.. the thermostat housing why didn't you say so, i'm pretty sure the one i use is off a telstar (don't laugh) all i did was talk nicely to the fella at repco and he let me rummage out the back of his store. sorry won't be able to get pics to you until after the 17th as that's when i'm back in the country. with the diamante coils slightly dufferent to early evo ones. also don't get the mivec coils as they are weird, they are waste spark but ine plus is run off a lead and the other runs directly onto the coil. i'd be taking a guess here but somewhere around 94 6g72 (not 6g72m).
water pumps.. are a almost a direct replacement (30 seconds on a grinder and it's all good...) unfortuneately i had to trial fit a couple of times to get it to work. probably not enough room in my engine bay to get decent pics of waterpump setup but can try??
also i might be able to get a part number for the thermostat housing if it's got one stamped on it.
Water cooling, there is a port next to the oil filter and a high one the inlet runner for number 1. my turbo is just oil cooled.. i'm too cheap to get a flash decent turbo, but maybe one day.

i reckon my car has more bits off different model cars than original equipment.
