lucida pulleys

Postby the fallen303 » Mon Aug 04, 2008 12:24 pm

hey guys, not sure if this is the right place or not, mods can move if they want. i have a 93 lucida 2.2 turbo diesel van, auto. i'm not sure what they're called, but off the front of the engine is a shaft to the alternator and pumps, etc. the shaft is held in place by two pulleys. has anyone else had the problem of the rubber flogging out on the pulleys? ours have and now the pulleys rattle around and make a hell of a racket. we tried window eurothane which worked for a month or so, but couldn't get into the pulleys properly. what has people done to fix this, and how much are the pulleys new?
