78 ke30 3k-h clutch cover and flywheel torque settings

Tried a search but didn't return what I was looking for,

Just wandering If anyone knows off the top of thier head the clutch cover and flywheel torque settings for a 78 ke30 with 3k-h ???

all sorted,
from memory was 48lb for flywheel and 9lb for clutch.

for the flywheel just rattle them up till they feel good. and for the pressure plate just crank them up.. till they feel good hahaha
