St205 mhg on 3sge

Hello,
This afternoon i was rebuilding a friend's st202 3sge, and i just noticed its new hg is pretty the same as metal st205 one.
Thickness is equal, only difference is the oil hole to the head that's smaller in the st205...but it'd be not so difficult to make bigger!
Anyone ever used it on 3sge?
