Does nobody use loctite?

not on internal engine parts,
just clean engine oil on the threads,
can think of any engine manufacturer that recommends using loctite on internal engine components

Loctite on crank pulley bolts and flywheel bolts. Never really use it on too much else. Never used it on bigend/main cap bolts. Treat them like headbolts, lightly oiled or copper coat kinda stuff and thats enough

they are not undoing. They are loose due to rod bolt stretching, not nut unwinding

very true, hence the reason for quality fasteners such as arp.

Who supply grease with their fasteners, not loctite
